1. Who we are

Kompaza ("we", "us") operates kompaza.com and the multi-tenant platform that powers creator websites on subdomains of kompaza.com (and custom domains). Contact: support@kompaza.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, company name, subdomain, password (hashed)
  • Billing data: processed by Stripe (we store customer/subscription IDs, not full card numbers)
  • Usage data: product activity, logs, IP addresses for security and rate limiting
  • Content you create on the platform (articles, products, customers, etc.)
  • Communications you send to support

3. How we use data

We use data to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, send transactional emails (verification, billing, product notifications), prevent abuse, and comply with law.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent where required (e.g. marketing), and legal obligation.

5. Sharing

We share data with processors who help us run the platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery such as Brevo, payment processing via Stripe). We do not sell personal data.

6. Tenant responsibility

When you operate a tenant site, you are the controller of your customers' and subscribers' data. You must provide your own privacy notice and process data lawfully. Kompaza acts as a processor for that tenant data under your instructions.

7. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and security purposes. Unverified registrations may be deleted automatically.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact support@kompaza.com. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls, and rate limiting. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, additional notice.
