Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a Kompaza account or using kompaza.com and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Kompaza provides multi-tenant software for creators and businesses, including websites, content marketing, commerce, courses, memberships, and related tools. Features depend on your plan and configuration.

3. Accounts & trial

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. We may offer a free trial. We may suspend or delete accounts that are unverified, abusive, or unpaid after the trial or subscription ends.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the pricing shown at signup or in your billing portal. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for illegal content, spam, fraud, or malware
  • Do not attempt to breach security, scrape beyond normal use, or reverse engineer the platform
  • Do not violate third-party rights (including LinkedIn and other platforms' terms when using automation features)
  • You are responsible for content and commerce on your tenant site

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload.

7. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with Stripe, email providers, LinkedIn (via session cookies you provide), OpenAI, and others. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. Automation features that interact with third-party platforms are provided as-is and may break when those platforms change.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kompaza is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenue/data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice.
